Am I? I ask myself this on a near-daily basis, and honestly, I cannot decide whether or not this is healthy, helpful or effective. Obviously, one must know who they want to be in order to then assess if you are who you want to be. If you find that you are not—which I do not imagine is the conclusion most draw—who you want to be, theoretically, you change, morph toward the person you want to be. The reality, however, points to the behavior that reveals that we do not change; we do not accept; we delude. And so, I confidently state for you now, that I am who I want to be.
